01 · Quem oferece
O Liv Kids é oferecido pela BASE TECNOLOGIA LTDA (CNPJ 49.083.204/0001-22). Ao baixar e usar o app, o responsável pela criança concorda com estes termos, com os termos da loja onde baixou o app e com a Política de Privacidade do Liv Kids.
02 · Licença
Concedemos uma licença pessoal, não exclusiva e intransferível para usar o app em aparelhos da família, nos limites das regras da App Store e da Google Play. Personagens, desenhos, músicas e código são da BASE TECNOLOGIA LTDA e não podem ser copiados ou revendidos.
03 · O que é grátis e o que é pago
Alguns jogos são livres. Os demais são liberados por uma das opções mostradas na tela de assinatura, que só aparece depois do portão para adultos:
- Assinatura anual ou mensal: libera todos os jogos, inclusive os novos, enquanto estiver ativa.
- Compra única ("Para sempre"): libera todos os jogos sem prazo, sem renovação.
Preços, moeda e impostos são os exibidos pela loja no momento da compra.
04 · Teste grátis, renovação e cancelamento
- Quando houver teste grátis, a cobrança começa no fim do período de teste, a menos que a assinatura seja cancelada antes.
- A assinatura renova automaticamente pelo mesmo período e preço, a menos que seja cancelada pelo menos 24 horas antes do fim do período atual.
- O cancelamento é feito nas configurações da conta da loja: no iPhone/iPad em Ajustes → seu nome → Assinaturas; no Android em Google Play → Pagamentos e assinaturas → Assinaturas. O acesso continua até o fim do período já pago.
05 · Reembolso
Os pagamentos são processados pela Apple ou pelo Google, que decidem os pedidos de reembolso conforme as regras de cada loja (reportaproblem.apple.com para a App Store; play.google.com para a Google Play). Seus direitos pelo Código de Defesa do Consumidor continuam valendo.
06 · Restaurar compras
Quem trocar de aparelho ou reinstalar o app recupera a compra pelo botão "Restaurar compras" da tela de assinatura, usando a mesma conta da loja.
07 · Limites
O app é oferecido como está. Fazemos o possível para que funcione bem, mas não garantimos ausência total de falhas. O uso de telas por crianças pequenas deve ser acompanhado por um adulto.
08 · Lei e foro
Estes termos seguem a lei brasileira. Fica eleito o foro do domicílio do consumidor. Para dúvidas: contato@criebase.com.br.

01 · Who provides the app
Liv Kids is provided by BASE TECNOLOGIA LTDA (Brazil, CNPJ 49.083.204/0001-22). By downloading and using the app, the child's parent or guardian agrees to these terms, to the terms of the store the app was downloaded from, and to the Liv Kids Privacy Policy. On the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
02 · License
We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on the family's devices, within the App Store and Google Play rules. Characters, artwork, music and code belong to BASE TECNOLOGIA LTDA and may not be copied or resold.
03 · Free and paid content
Some games are free. The rest are unlocked by one of the options shown on the subscription screen, which only appears after the grown-up gate:
- Yearly or monthly subscription: unlocks every game, including new ones, while active.
- One-time purchase ("Lifetime"): unlocks every game with no expiry and no renewal.
Prices, currency and taxes are those shown by the store at the time of purchase.
04 · Free trial, renewal and cancellation
- When a free trial is offered, billing starts at the end of the trial unless the subscription is cancelled before then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel in your store account settings: on iPhone/iPad, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
05 · Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, who handle refund requests under their own rules (reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store; play.google.com for Google Play). Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
06 · Restoring purchases
After changing devices or reinstalling, use the "Restore purchases" button on the subscription screen with the same store account.
07 · Limitations
The app is provided as is. We work to keep it running well but cannot guarantee it is free of errors. Screen time for young children should be supervised by an adult.
08 · Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws where you live. Questions: contato@criebase.com.br.
